How long have you been in business?

We opened our doors in 2001. However, prior to being in business for himself, owner, Tim Smude has worked in the I.T. industry for three decades to date.

What other companies do you partner with?

We are a registered Microsoft Partner and an authorized reseller of the most reliable brands on the market including, but not limited to, Microsoft, Dell, Gateway, Linksys, Cisco, HP, Symantec and MANY MORE!

What areas of Minnesota do you cover?

What hours is support available?

We provide 24hr emergency support to all of our clients. Unlike our competitors, you have Mr. Smude's personal cell phone number. You will not have to deal with a receptionist or answering service. We also work with our clients to provide scheduled support on weekends and after hours so it does not interfere with your companies progress. Of course we are also available at any time to provide support day or night.

How can you charge so much less than your competitors?

Our work location is on site at our clients office. As the owner of the company, Mr. Smude does 90% of the work himself; as a result of these two simple cost cutting solutions, we are able to operate with a very low overhead. We are out to make a living, not a killing. The other companies have administrative costs, store fronts and other expenses that we simply don't have to pass on to our client base.

Absolutely! These days virtually everyone is working on a limited budget. We specialize in finding the most cost effective solutions for our clients. Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT MARK UP hardware or software costs. This allows us to save you unlimited amounts of money, not only compared to our competitors, but we can even save you money vs. doing it yourself! We also offer proactive maintenance plans that allow you to find problems and fix them before they affect your business. We will even work with your company to help forecast your I.T. budget accordingly.
